Creative Director would like to see people who have done results work on ths type of brands in category. In reviewing the on-line ad copy for this position, I feel the references to "push the envelope" and "think out of the box" should be deleted. Given our revenue situation in the marketplace, I believe we need team players who understand the value of policy. We do not wish to attract persons who will  "rock the boat", so to speak, as it might tip over. Will advise if situation changes.
